    1. General Information

    These Terms and Conditions govern the use of BlueVentShop, the online webshop operated by PT BLUE VENT INDONESIA. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

    PT BLUE VENT INDONESIA is a registered business in Indonesia with Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB): 1909240037141.

    This webshop operates exclusively in Indonesia. Other regional versions of the shop have their own terms and conditions.

    2. Warranties and Liability

    All products sold by BlueVentShop comply with the minimum legal requirements under Indonesian Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 8 of 1999). This includes the obligation to provide accurate product information and to ensure conformity with the agreed-upon specifications.

    If a product is defective or does not meet the agreed specifications, customers may be entitled to compensation, replacement, or refunds in accordance with applicable law. Unless otherwise stated, all products are sold "as is" without extended warranties.

    3. Business Registration and Compliance

    BlueVentShop operates legally under Indonesian law as a registered business entity.

    4. Ordering and Payment

    Orders can only be placed by registered users. Prices are visible only to logged-in users.
    All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah and are EXW (Ex Works) Sidoarjo, as defined by Incoterms 2020.

    Payments are accepted only via invoicing:

    • When an order is placed, an invoice is issued.
    • Orders are not packed until the first invoice is paid.
    • Once payment is received, packing begins.
    • A second invoice is issued for shipping.
    • Shipment occurs only after the second invoice is paid.

    Orders can be canceled only before the first invoice is paid. After payment, all sales are final.

    5. Shipping and Delivery

    Shipping is arranged separately due to fluctuating logistics costs.
    BlueVentShop selects the shipping provider at its discretion.

    Once a shipment leaves our facility, BlueVentShop is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping provider. Claims for such issues must be made directly with the shipping company.

    6. Returns and Exchanges

    Returns are accepted for undamaged goods, but the buyer is responsible for the cost and logistics of return shipping.
    Returned items must be in unused condition and in original packaging. Contact support to arrange a return.

    Products damaged during shipping are subject to claim via the shipping provider.

    7. User Accounts

    Customers must create an account to view prices and place orders.
    Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
    BlueVentShop reserves the right to terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or suspicious activity.

    8. Privacy and Cookies

    BlueVentShop collects and uses user data internally to improve its services and operations.
    We retain transaction data in compliance with Indonesian data retention laws.

    We use "Cookie Information" to manage cookies on this site. By using this site, you agree to our use of cookies as outlined in the Cookie Policy.

    9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, specifically the Indonesian Consumer Protection Law.
    Disputes arising from these terms will be handled within Indonesia in accordance with local regulations.

    10. Changes to Terms

    BlueVentShop reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions.
    Significant changes will be communicated before taking effect, as required by law.
    Updates typically occur in connection with service changes, such as the addition of new payment or shipping methods.

    11. Intellectual Property

    All content on BlueVentShop, including text, logos, images, and code, is owned by BlueVentShop and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

    12. Limitation of Liability

    BlueVentShop is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of profits, business interruptions, or consequential damages resulting from use of the webshop.

    13. Force Majeure

    We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, government orders, strikes, or technical issues.

    14. Fraud Prevention & Misuse

    We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend accounts if fraudulent or abusive behavior is suspected.

    Links to third-party websites or services are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or data practices. Use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

    16. Customer Responsibilities

    Users must provide accurate, truthful information and comply with applicable laws when using this site.

    17. Language and Availability of Terms

    These Terms and Conditions are available in English.
    A Bahasa Indonesia version is available upon request and will take legal precedence in case of any conflict in interpretation, in line with Indonesian law.
