SAFE-ISO Control Box

The non return valve control box conditions and validates the valve sensor locally, then outputs a clear status to the main control: run permissive when the valve is proven, fault interlock when not. It supplies the sensor, checks state and timing, and applies simple logic for start and run. By isolating the safety circuit from process automation, it simplifies wiring, standardizes interlocks in component-only deliveries, and supports compliant integration in new builds and retrofits.
